The sun was shining and it was raining all at the same time for this morning's doggy portrait session. Here's Morar and Dexter in action out and about on or near the beach.

Great fun dogs and nice to meet everyone too.

What a lovely wee guy he is. Great fun in the studio and very obedient (and well trained!)

Daisy was born on 5th May but she didn't come home to us until 23rd June 2010

These lovely old Bassett Hounds are 12 and 14 but still like to get out to the beach...

Votes For Dogs

The government announced today that Sighthounds are to be given a vote on May 5th in the referendum. "Sighthounds are a fine, intelligent dog and I don't see why they shouldn't have a vote" said a spokesman.

Miss Daisy Dog (a lurcher aged 1 on May 5th) agreed; "I think that a referendum on such an important constitutional issue is a great place to start but I will continue to campaign for democratic representation for other breeds. It is vital that we have a say on issues such as Dog bans on beaches."

Dogs have become more accepted in society since Pret-a-Manger started selling bowls of dog food & Starbucks introduced the "Pupaccino" in 2009.

Border Collies got the vote in 1997.
